Return Policy for Domestic Orders
Products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 30 days following the purchase date.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you decide not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
*Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

If you need to return an item, follow these steps:
- Create an account with Loop Returns here: (https://goodwearusa.loopreturns.com/#/).
- Once your account is created, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the 'My Account' menu and click the 'Return Item(s)' button.
If you paid by credit card, Paypal or Stripe, a credit will issue in 1-2 days.

Exchange Policy for Domestic Orders
You may exchange most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for another product. If you are exchanging for a product of the same style, but need a different size, the shipping cost back to you will be paid by us. If you are exchanging for another product, that is of more value than the product you previously ordered, you will be expected to pay the difference of the item of more value.

You should expect to receive your exchange within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your exchange from the shipper (3 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your exchange once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the transit time for you to receive your exchange back (3 to 6 business days).
If you need to exchange an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your shipment once we've received and processed the exchange.
Please include a copy of your order, with a note explaining you are exchanging the item, and the item you are exchanging for.

Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Policy for International Orders
Orders shipped to a local US address that then get exported are not available for Free Return Labels outside the country. We will issue a Free Return label to the domestic address shipped to, however, the customer must return the goods to that address.
